What You Will Do In Your Role
  • Develop innovative solutions for energy storage as an ESS technical expert and advise on market participation
  • Lead teams in the design and sizing ESS systems that are standalone and coupled with renewable generation
  • Maintain and grow a knowledge base around ESS comprising of technical, market and cost data
  • Establish and maintain relationships with ESS suppliers
  • Use knowledge to design and optimize best in class ESS systems
  • Collaborate with our electrical designers to properly incorporate ESS equipment into construction drawings
  • Work with our construction teams to design best cost, maximize reliability and schedule solutions
  • Educate the team on best practices and safety
The Experience You Will BringRequirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in energy storage engineering and system integration
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in engineering
  • Demonstrate familiarity of energy storage systems and renewable energy
  • Familiarity of ESS Construction
  • Ability to travel
  • Demonstrated problem solving and negotiating
  • Ability to prioritize and complete a variety of simultaneous tasks with a high level or organization
  • Detail-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal
