Our highly skilled professional butchers use the same artisanal standards pioneered by the early butcher shops. Which results in perfectly trimmed and consistently cut steaks that not only taste great, but are also more visually appealing.

Our founding principles transcend beyond the workplace and into our local community as well. Here at Swanson’s, we believe in giving back to our local community by supporting several non-profits, one of our favorites being Minnesota Teen Challenge.
