PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is excited to welcome skilled individuals to join our team as Electronics Manufacturing Test Operators for 1st shift in Maple Grove, MN, with potential for direct hire!

Are you ready to play a vital role in the manufacturing process of electronic components? If you're someone who enjoys working with specialized tasks and using test equipment to ensure top-notch quality, then this opportunity is tailor-made for you!

As part of our team, you'll get to:

- Set up and execute test programs while troubleshooting any test failures.

- Operate wire wrap machines and perform hand wire wrap operations.

- Operate various test equipment to conduct standard and non-standard tests on components and units.

- Collaborate with our test engineering team to enhance processes and maintain high standards.

We're seeking individuals with:

- High School education or equivalent.

- Prior manufacturing experience, with knowledge of reading blueprints and using measuring devices as a plus.

- Desired experience in test, wire wrap, and soldering.

- Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality.

- Certification in J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610.

Benefits to you:

Pay rate for the 1st shift is $22.00/hour, with hours from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Overtime encouraged. Potential for direct hire!

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
