CCBHC is an integrated community behavioral health model of care intended to provide integrated, evidence-based, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented and person-and-family-centered care. The CCBHC offers the full array of CCBHC-required mental health, substance use disorder (SUD) and primary care screening services.
The clinical supervisor will work in partnership with others as part of a structured inter-disciplinary team, within in a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) model, to provide clinical supervision. The Clinical Supervisor position is responsible for ensuring quality service and high professional standards by monitoring client welfare and clinical outcomes; transmitting knowledge, attitude and skills, enhancing & promoting professional development of the supervisee & evaluating the ethical, professional, and therapeutic competence of supervisee. A clinical family systems orientation and must demonstrate ability to work with diverse populations with multiplicity of problems.
The Clinical Supervisor position works collaboratively with program director and is responsible for ensuring quality service and high professional standards by demonstrating advanced clinical practice, providing clinical supervision and case consultation, developing a continuous learning environment, disseminating evidence based practice, developing self and employees for success and high performance, leading quality performance initiatives.

PROGRAM SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS - Clinical Supervisor - Children's Mental Health: A clinical family systems orientation and must demonstrate ability to work with diverse populations with multiplicity of problems. Must have experience with children, adolescents and family therapies and orientation.
